Dwight Vicks

President

I am blessed that my father never put pressure on my sisters and me to join the family business, he wanted us to pursue our own dreams. My career started as a commercial banker in New York, then I went back to school to earn an MBA before I realized I shared the same dreams as my father. For ten years he coached, encouraged and trained me. He also instilled the approach to business as a partnership, with employees, customers and the community. He also taught us to have fun, skiing, sailing, golfing and experiencing the joy of music.

Debbie Rosenbaum

Director of Strategy and Business Development

I have over 35 years of experience with Vicks, first as an equipment vendor helping them to build their digital business and more recently in-house as the Director of Strategy and Business Development. My focus is on helping our clients find print and warehouse solutions that work for them. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family (especially our granddaughter!), swishing down a mountain, traveling and volunteering in my community.

Vicks is a great place to work.  I started out in the bindery in 1999 and like many Vicks employees have had a role in practically every department in the company.  I am currently an Account Manager responsible for keeping the lines of communication open between customers and our team at Vicks, including managing their printing and distribution needs.

Joe Gargas

Great place to work. I have been employed at Vicks for 38 years. I worked up from being a general worker in bindery to prepress, now operation’s manager. My father also worked here for many years before he retired. Vicks has been family to me.
